Refund Policy

Effective August 28, 2026

If Hampio is not right for you, contact support@playhampio.com within 14 days of your initial annual membership purchase. Include the email address used for the membership.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank processing time varies. Renewal charges may be refundable when requested promptly and when paid membership benefits have not been substantially used after renewal.

This policy does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.
