By using Hampio, you agree to these terms.

Accounts

Keep access to your email account secure and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your Hampio account.

Membership

Free features are available without a card. Paid membership is offered at the price and renewal terms shown at checkout. Stripe handles payment processing. You may not transfer, resell, or misuse account access.

Book-reader discounts

A valid book-reader offer may be shared and used by multiple people, but each person, account, or email may use the discount only for a first paid Hampio membership. Eligibility and the exact renewal price are shown before payment. Attempts to repeatedly cancel, recreate accounts, or otherwise claim another first-membership discount may be declined.

Campaign membership offer

The Sarasota campaign offers a first paid Hampio membership for $20 USD for the first year, then automatic renewal at $25 per year unless stopped before renewal. One promotional offer per person, account or email; no combining with book-reader discounts. Previous paid members are not eligible. Stop renewal through Manage billing in your Hampio account. Our refund policy applies.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content at scale, or use Hampio in a way that violates law or another person’s rights.

Intellectual property

Hampio’s puzzles, artwork, branding, software, and site content are protected. Personal gameplay is permitted; copying or commercial redistribution is not.

Availability

We work to keep Hampio available but cannot promise uninterrupted service. Features may change as the game improves.
